Rays of Resilience International Prayer Ministry was formed through a clear calling.

Rooted in the truth of Isaiah 61:1, we stand firm in our mission to preach good news, to encourage the brokenhearted, and to build lives grounded in faith.

At the center of this work is Pastor Mulwany Ronard, a servant leader called to guide this growing community in Bugiri.

As host of this conference and shepherd of this ministry, Pastor Ronard leads with humility, strength, and dedication. Under his leadership, lives are being strengthened and faith is being deepened.
